Friday Night Dustin is a free-to-play, fan-made modification ("mod") for Friday Night Funkin', combining elements from the Undertale AU "Dusttale". This is a non-commercial project created by fans for the community's enjoyment.

3. Intellectual Property

Fan-Made Content

Friday Night Dustin is a derivative work created under fair use principles for non-commercial purposes. We acknowledge and respect the intellectual property rights of:

• The Funkin' Crew - Original creators of Friday Night Funkin'
• Toby Fox - Creator of Undertale
• Team DUST / Osteophile - Creators of the Dusttale AU

Original Content

Original music, artwork, code, and story elements created specifically for Friday Night Dustin remain the property of their respective creators (ChezzarCat and the Friday Night Dustin Team). This content is shared with the community under the understanding that:

• You may play and share the Game freely
• You may create derivative content (videos, streams, fan art) with proper attribution
• You may not use our original assets for commercial purposes
• You may not claim ownership of the Game or its original content

4. User Conduct

When playing Friday Night Dustin or participating in our community, you agree to:

• Not use the Game for any commercial purposes
• Not distribute modified versions without clear attribution to the original
